Let's Stalk Rex Jupiter! is a debut novella written by Allison A. Spector. It is a comedy, written in the style of a farce. This joint venture presents authors with the opportunity to craft their novellas one chapter at a time with immediate quantitative and qualitative feedback from their readers, while also broadcasting their words to an audience eager for the next great storyteller. == Plot summary == Trouble is afoot in the Evergreen Jungle. The mysterious masked Paladin is stealing the books of Rex Jupiter, a ubiquitously offensive author who is known to reside in Bellingham, WA. No one knows who Rex really is, or what he looks like, because he has never made an in-person appearance throughout his prolific and controversial career. When Rex announces that he will be appears live at a local bookstore, the Paladin decides to lead a mob of angry conservatives to protest against him. Meanwhile, eccentric detective Marian Krause is confronted with an obituary indicating that she is dead. Marian is baffled and intrigued. She resolves to solve the mystery. She soon begins to believe that Rex may be involved. The local Druids of Bellingham also find Rex's insensitive articles offensive and resolve to punish him. They are just several of the disgruntled interest groups that wish Rex Jupiter ill. Other factions that wish Rex harm include- the religious right, leftist radicals, hippies, hipsters, feminists, gun-owners, and a scorned housewife.
